ElevenLabs has six self-serve plans. Monthly billing is shown first; the page's yearly equivalent is in the next column.

The Starter plan showed "$1 first month" (an offer "until Nov 1") and Creator "$11 first month". The page says annual billing "works out to two months free" (annual price = monthly price × 10).
How credits work
One credit buys one character of text to speech on the V2 Multilingual model, and every product draws from the same pool. For the Flash and Turbo models used through the API, the page lists discounted pricing of between 0.5 and 1 credit per character.

Credits are charged per generation request, not per download. Paid plans roll unused credits over for up to two months (up to 2× the monthly quota); the Free plan does not roll over.
Real cost per minute
The page's own estimate is about 1 minute of speech per 1,000 credits. Kveeky uses 750 credits per minute (1 credit is 1 character). Here is one 10-minute narration on each, by the vendor's own units.

Show me: why the credit counts differ
Both tools count a character as a credit for standard text to speech, but they estimate a minute differently: ElevenLabs about 1,000 credits, Kveeky 750. If a real 10-minute script is 7,500 characters, it would also use about 7,500 ElevenLabs credits on the V2 Multilingual model.
So the table is a conservative reading of ElevenLabs. Count your own characters with the character counter and divide by each plan's credits.

What each tier adds
Higher tiers add features, not just credits. These are the differences the pricing page lists.
- Starter: Commercial License, Instant Voice Cloning, 20 Studio projects, Dubbing Studio.
- Creator: Professional Voice Cloning and the option to buy additional credits.
- Pro: 192 kbps audio and 44.1 kHz PCM output via the API.
- Scale: 3 workspace seats, team collaboration, 3 Professional Voice Clones.
- Business: 10 workspace seats, 10 Professional Voice Clones, low-latency text to speech "as low as 5c/minute".
Kveeky also offers voice cloning, listed on its paid plans. Team seats are not listed on its pricing page.
ElevenLabs API pricing
The API is billed in dollars per 1,000 characters, not in credits. The API pricing page lists $0.08 per 1,000 characters for v4, v3 and v2 Multilingual and $0.04 for v4 Turbo, v3 Conversational and Flash or Turbo. The free tier gives 10,000 characters on v4 and 20,000 on v4 Turbo.
At those rates, a 7,500-character script costs about $0.60 on v4 or $0.30 on a Turbo model. You need a developer to use it.
